This year’s Tuolumne County Health Fair will be formatted around exhibits about common health and wellness concerns, including access to care, mental health and addiction, preventing and managing health conditions, physical fitness, eating well and more. Numerous community organizations will staff those exhibits and guide attendees toward the resources they need.

Free health screenings will be offered for the duration of the event, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Planned screenings include:

• Skin checks
• Foot exams
• Oral health
• Bone density
• Vision
• Hearing
• Pulmonary function
• Pulse oximetry
• Blood pressure
• Body fat
• Height and weight
• Balance

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. there will also be live cooking demonstrations provided by Blue Zones Project Tuolumne County, drop-in fitness classes, free car seat safety checks and an Rx Take-Back station.
