Mission:

Adventist Health Home Care Services Hospice provides compassionate care focused on the whole person – mind, body, and spirit. We partner with patients, their loved ones, and families to create strong, supportive bonds while addressing physical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Our caring team of nurses, social workers, home health aides, chaplains, and volunteers offer a wide range of services and support to help guide patients and their families through a very difficult time. Our mission is to provide whole-person care that supports the body, comforts the mind, and nurtures the spirit.

Volunteer Needs

• Assist with putting patient admission packets together.
• Visit hospice patients and support families and caregivers.
