Mission:

We are seeking Community Educators, Community Representatives, Support Group Facilitators, Public Policy Advocates, Fundraising and Awareness Champions, and more! The Alzheimer’s Association relies on volunteers to reach local communities and make our way toward our vision of a world without Alzheimer’s and all other dementias. Volunteer roles can be in person or virtual, and we provide training to help you share valuable information with your friends and neighbors, and help your elected officials learn about the importance of supporting families facing dementia everywhere.

You can learn more about all our roles at volunteer.alz.org

Community Educators must be 21+ and Support Group Facilitators and Community Representatives must be 18+. Background check required for some roles.

Volunteer Needs:

Most roles are for adults, however high school and minors with guardians may participate in Do What You Love to End Alzheimer’s, advocacy roles, and can support their adult caregiver in community outreach.
