EA Family Services is a local foster care agency and non-profit organization that has been serving families in Northern California since 1981. We are dedicated to empowering our staff, foster families, and partners with the knowledge and training they need to support the youth in their care. Our foster families are the volunteer lifeblood of our agency. We offer two programs of residential care; our foster family program, which serves youth aged 0-21, and our Group Home Program for kids aged 6-18. We know that children thrive when supported with an environment of stability and consistency, and we work very hard to support our employees, foster families, and the representatives of our organization with the tools to do so.

Volunteer Needs:

We are seeking families in the Motherlode who are interested in becoming certified Resource Parents, to help a child or children in the foster care system. Foster families can be a single adult, a couple, and members of the LGTBQ community are most welcome!
