The Sonora Salvation Army helps people in Tuolumne County with utility bills, food, gas for medical appointments, tents, sleeping bags and youth camp registration. The funding comes from the Red Kettle Drive which is the volunteer bell ringers you see in front of stores during the holiday season and shoppers drop their monetary donations in the Red Kettle.
