Tuolumne County Senior Advocacy Committee

Mission:

Tuolumne County Senior Advocacy Committee (Formerly TC Commission on Aging) broke away March 2025. Our purpose to listen, advise, advocate, inform, and generally understand programs, resources and services for seniors, info for families. We inform/report to Board of Supervisors overall effects of issues, environment safety, and dilemmas, aging issues of concern (living, affordability, physical and mental health challenges, independence, etc.)

Volunteer Needs:

Community awareness

• Attending meetings
• Listening to neighbors, friends, other acquaintances
• Alerting Board of Supervisors if reasonable, or other services
