Cooking of Oaxaca Mexico is the dream of any chef!  The place, the scenery, the people and the food make the experience of cooking and tasting the local foods a celebration for the taste buds.  Seafood, Braised Pork with a Garlic Tomato mole, Tamales, Salsa, Enchiladas, and a Special Dessert.  Ron Erickson usually serves wine during the class and provides recipes.  Parking is limited so carpool if you can.
