Building Beaver Dam-Type Structures, at Cottonwood Meadow

Join us in building Beaver Dam Type Structures! We will be doing follow-up work on our beaver dam-type structures built last season at Cottonwood Meadow. These structures have been doing great work all winter, causing water to slow and pool, helping restore lost wetland habitat. Help us continue to adapt these structures to maximize their benefit to the meadows hydrology – be prepared to get your feet wet and spend a full day outdoors in uneven terrain!
