The Empowered Caregiver: Exploring Care and Support Services

The more dementia caregivers know about the disease, and what to expect, the more prepared they will be for future changes and care decisions. Join us to learn about planning for care changes, types of respite, long-term and residential care, end of life options, and moving care settings.  This program is presented in partnership between the Area 12 Agency on Aging and the Alzheimer’s Association. Additional programs are available in Calaveras and Mariposa counties.
